I thought india was a net exporter of petrochemicals as it accounts for 15 percent of India's total exports.

I was surprised bro know that we import some petrochemicals as mentioned in the article around 60 percent of PVC consumption comes from imports.

Intuitive article regarding the petrochemicals space and green hydrogen gave me a good perspective on energy.

Thanks for the resource. I was able to understand the gravity of PVC importance in the economy from infra to agri to healthcare.

I wish the Chinese economy recovers soon so they can stop dumping their industrial over capacities to the world and thereby not hindering local manufacturing facility investments from picking up.

Just like how it's hard for solar panel manufacturers to thrive since the local solar panel manufacturing costs itself is higher by a fraction than cheap chinese imports after basic custom duty of 25 percent.

Hydrogen is actually colourless the words green, grey and black are used to denote the source of the hydrogen. Doesn't mean that the gas is of that colour
