Musk is certainly late in entering India. I remember Daewoo cars in early 2000's. If possible can you analyze its business and write why did it burst its business? His owner had very humble beginnings like Hyundai, still failed. Thanks

Daewoo was a chaebol that had absolutely insane debt problems, so it could never devote enough time or resources to its India business. Highly recommend watching Asianometry's video on Daewoo's rapid fall:

The cost of fossil fuels for cars (not just petrol or diesel, but also the additives that are going to increasingly add to costs, significantly. In addition, larger fossil fuel cars cost a fairly large sum of money to maintain, whilst Tesla has a different model for servicing - lower in price as well as need based.

Will the Tesla sell in India, at a premium over the Chinese brands? Probably not. But then again, it may become the choice of wedding planner and their customers.
