The diagnostics need doctors too. It's nowhere mentioned. I absolutely hate when people writing these long vlogs make these silly mistakes. Kindly rectify

Thanks for sharing this, Dr. Bhatt. Diagnostics absolutely do require doctors: pathologists, microbiologists, radiologists, clinical biochemists, and specialists who oversee quality, validate results, and handle complex cases.

My intention wasn’t to imply the industry runs without doctors, but to highlight the difference in scale and type of clinical manpower required compared to hospitals. I should have made that distinction clearer.

I think, I understood Kashish's point of view. Diagnostic needs Doctors. Not only doctors, they also need to invest on other personnels like housekeeping, rent labs etc. But the difference with Hospital business is that hospitals need to acquire Doctors as they are there best assets. Diagnostic centre doesn't need to do so. Simply put, common people select a hospital based on doctors but nobody select a diagnosis centre based on Doctors.
