SEBI, RBI & IRDAI always lean towards over-regulation. This sycophantic tendency of regulator protecting everyone / doing a great job is not consistent with people's real world experiences..

If you've had to deal with share transmission, SGB transfers, complaints through SCORES, insurance claims or the ombudsman process : you may come away with a less favorable view of how these systems work in practice.

Being a regulated business doesn't necessarily mean you have to praise every regulatory decision

The sector has gone from “can this work?” to “who gets to keep the profit?”

Congratulations on educating us for 500 days!

Considering that Reliance too has deep pockets and access to their own retail stores, it will be interesting to see how their approach contrasts with the approach taken by the e-commerce heavyweights.

Yes in recent times, i have seen myself ordering from Amazon Now more frequently, compared to blinkit, i just feel that in my area, where I order from both blinkit and Amazon, Amazon tends to a little quicker and with their cashback offers you order even more so that the cashback builds up and you can order something entirely for free. The only thing Amazone Now lacks is their catalog of items, which ig they will improve over time.
