Hoping to see more content on the technological advancement in China, especially robotics. I would live to see the intersection of AI and Robotics, how it will impact the global industries and humanity at large.
So we had planned a robotics piece at some point, but it is too complex to write it in even a 2-parter. It requires more thinking of what angles do we want to talk about when we talk about China and robotics, because the scope is extremely wide.
I didn’t know about anyone of the writers even though I am reader of the Daily Brief from a long time. I loved the piece “Nollywood” (iykyk). I wondered who was the writer and found out it was “Small P”. It was a great read and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I would request the team to keep doing the long form forever. The articles put by The Daily Brief and individual publications by the team members made me discover Substack and fall in love with reading again in the age of short-form brain rot. It made me more curious and go down so many rabbit holes on the internet.
Hoping to know more about the team and keep learning from the smart minds behind The Daily Brief.
Thank you, this is a very kind note! We're all extremely committed to long-form and we have no intentions of giving that up: maybe try longer formats, if anything else :)
We have 3 more "Meet The Writers" episodes coming out in the coming week as well!
