Unbiased opinion and as is facts is what made us coming back, also being myself from construction industry I read a piece you wrote about the sector very well articulated and not filled with any jargons which is just true on paper and not on ground, Then I realised you guys actually do your research right, going forward finance group would be great initiative instead of following up the news channel with irrelevant figures and mispresented facts (because most of it is paid PR) we want to hear from real experts talk ....thanks you guys were my most viewed youtube channel in 2025 beating radiohead which I listen in all my gym sessions
This is what I think - how daily brief can be better
Draft longer narratives, build on past daily briefs (provide link to all which are related to current content). Longer narratives in simple language stay there for a longer time. Facts are important no doubt but I think story behind facts is more important. Build stories and then lead to facts. Try to answer whys and how's
Regarding financial learning - most of the available content is either practical (people just read and don't know the background) or too academic (people read and don't find relevance). But both are required and should complement each other in one topic. Academics should not be too deep like reading a PhD topic but should not be shallow as it may be already obvious. Maintain a approach that what aen educated person in highest growing economy should know
Amazing achievement! I've been here from the earliest days and wish you more success. and as someone who is working on their own Substack, this gives me hope. It indicates to me what's possible.
Great! Congratulations. The reason I regularly read is that it gives me an idea of what drives revenue, profitability, the value chain, and sometimes what moves the needle. I get a good idea about some of the industries that you Cover. Keep doing the good work.
I believe a closed group community that engaes in philosophy around their finance and decisions taken based on what factors is something I'm looking forward. Bcoz the bigger the forum is going to be a replica of some community like value pickr i guess
As a student, I read every daily brief by zerodha and using chatgpt to understand deeply. Alongwith, I also read your Aftermarket Report and sometimes Chatter by Zerodha. Please make a session on How to read the monetary policy, fiscal policy and economic report etc. whenever, I try to read and understand these reports always stuck.
